The home masterfully balances connection and independence with a unique floor plan: the main living area is attached to a separate 700-square-foot apartment complete with it's own separate entrance.

 

This bespoke design provides their adult son with his own autonomous space—complete with a kitchen and laundry—while a discreet connecting door ensures safety and familial proximity.
