A clean, simplified floor plan of the basement level. The design includes a large central "Open Living" area that serves as a secondary social space. On either side of the living area are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own adjacent bathroom. The left side includes a utility and storage room, while the right side features additional storage space. A staircase leads to the main level, and a central doorway provides access to the lower-level outdoor patio area directly beneath the main deck.

Basement
