Concept Design & 3D Visualizations
We create a Project Brief and then your custom home architect will begin designing.
During this Phase You'll See:
- Layouts, Massing, Site Orientation and Planning.
- Elevations, Architectural Designs and Features.
- 3D Exterior/Interior Renderings to Visualize your Home in Relation to the Build Site.
- Unlimited Design Revisions.

In-Person "Walk Your Plans" Session
With a detailed set of architectural plans in hand we can host a 1-1 full scale walk through of your home before it is built.
During Your Walk Your Plans Session You'll See:
- A full scaled life sized display of your home in detail.
- How your home will look with furniture, walls and preferred ceiling heights.
- A life sized display and visual of your home to make any "red-line" changes before construction starts.

Permit & Construction Documentation
Our Architectural Design Team creates a set of permit-ready architectural plans that are "Released For Construction".
A Full Set of Construction Documents from Reynard includes:
- Full Permit and Construction Documentation( guaranteed approval).
- A Detailed Architectural Set "Released For Construction"
- Final Renderings and Visualizations.

Post-Design Support & Photography
During construction, design integrity is important to us. We maintain communication with you and your GC to provide ongoing support.
During Construction You Can Expect:
- Unlimited Design Support.
- Required Documentation ( required for approving entities to progress construction).
- Final Photo Shoot and Walk Thru
-Handling of RFI's from Builders (*request for information).
