ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN AND PROJECT PLANNING for your CUSTOM HOME

It all starts with an architectural consultation.

Designing for the Way You Live

The journey to your truly custom home begins with a single phone call. We believe the most important part of the architectural process is listening—not just to your design ideas, but to the values that drive them. By understanding the "why" behind your project, we can design a home that perfectly supports how you live.

Partnering with an Architect

Following our initial chat, we move to a comprehensive Architectural Design Consultation. This is a collaborative working session where we partner you with a lead custom home architect for a deep dive into your project's potential.

We provide our undivided attention to help you navigate the complex early stages of design, covering:

  • Style Definition: Articulating your visual and architectural preferences.

  • Scope & Budget: Balancing your wish list ("wants") with your non-negotiables ("needs") to respect your budget.

  • Functional Planning: Identifying the layout requirements necessary for your family’s lifestyle.

We believe an exceptional home is not just built on a site, but derived from it. Our architectural design process is formed around in a deep understanding of both your land and your lifestyle.

To ensure your vision aligns with the physical realities of your property, our services commence with an initial Virtual and Onsite Architectural Assessment.

  • Onsite Walkthrough: The first step for any home design project is to meet you on the property to walk the land. We assess the "feel" of the site, identifying key view corridors, privacy concerns from neighboring structures, and the natural flow of the terrain.

  • Virtual Analysis: Utilizing satellite imagery and topographical data, our architect will perform a preliminary study of the lot's constraints, zoning setbacks, and drainage patterns.
