The site is defined by significant topography, characterized by a steep downward slope that is masterfully managed through extensive, tiered stone retaining walls. These walls create structure for the winding asphalt driveway and the manicured front lawn.

Nestled into this hillside and flanked by dense, mature pine forests that offer natural privacy, the modern residence features warm wood siding, a stone foundation, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass walls that reflect the surroundings. The property's significant elevation relative to the surrounding area outside of Atlanta is evident in the background, where the terrain falls away to reveal panoramic vistas of distant treetops and the sprawling horizon under a partly cloudy sky.
