Since 2021, Reynard Custom Homes has partnered with visionary clients to design and build their dream homes in this exclusive mountaintop community.



Located on Andes Ridge, the Falling Waters and Georgia Highlands communities are gated luxury community in the Talking Rock area of Georgia. Both are known for spacious, wooded lots with mountain views, paved roads, and underground utilities. Residents have access to private amenities like Montag Lake for fishing, hiking trails with waterfalls, and a clubhouse.
