WAYAH COVE

"Carolina In My Mind"
This single family A-Frame home was designed to be a peaceful getaway in the mountains.

Set against the picturesque backdrop of the North Carolina mountains, Wayah Cove is a  1,235-square-foot, 2 Bed 2 Bath, A-frame home that effortlessly combines charm, functionality, and scenic beauty.

The rich gray siding contrasts beautifully with the natural wood accents, including a welcoming front porch with minimalist railing.

Oversized windows stretch across the front of the A-frame, creating a light-filled interior while providing breathtaking views of the forested setting.

String lights hung across the exterior add a magical touch, making the space feel equally inviting after the sun sets.

Wayah Cove's interior reflects its A-frame structure, blending open, airy spaces with cozy corners. Every square foot has been thoughtfully utilized, making the home feel much larger than its square footage might suggest.

As you step inside, you're greeted by soaring ceilings and abundant natural light.

The open-concept living room features modern wood flooring, minimalist decor, and a spiral staircase leading to the lofted bedroom above while the large windows frame the greenery outside.

The compact yet functional kitchen is tucked into the main level, with modern cabinetry and ample butcher block style counter space for meal prep.

The design is meant to prioritize efficiency and minimalism for quaint mountain living.
