Success continues with RIVERTOP, a bespoke mountain residence that recently earned the Bronze Award for Best Architectural Design 2025 from Design Skill Magazine.

RIVERTOP engages with the landscape on a dramatic 2.53-acre parcel overlooking Talking Rock Creek, featuring tiered decks and a detached viewing platform. An integrated Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) offers versatility and maximizes rental potential without sacrificing privacy in the main residence.
