Perched on 1.5 acres of serene lakeside property in Blairsville, Georgia, the home on Nottely Lake is one of Reynard's earliest design projects.

It occupies 3,009 heated square feet of living space with a finished 2 bedroom/den basement, five bedrooms, and four bathrooms.

The home's outdoor spaces maximize its lakeside location. A multi-level wooden deck offers panoramic views of Nottely Lake, while a private staircase leads directly to the water's edge.

Whether lounging with a morning coffee or enjoying an evening by the fire pit, the home invites a deep connection to the surrounding natural beauty.

The dark blue board-and-batten siding with warm cedar shake accents, wood beams, and stone columns create a satisfying mix of materials on the front of the home.
The octagonal window is a keepsake salvaged from the original structure and repurposed into the new design.
